1st off I will say I'm not a hatter of any brand, I've owned many different brands & love cars in general, mainly Muscle Cars...  But it seems everything except Mopars are talked about lately... do we even have any Mopar fans around these parts, anymore ?,  what you got ?,  what are you working on ?,  got ant photos you can share ?,  were do you live ?,  any special or local event you can share with us ?,  what going on the the small little world of Mopar enthusiasts ?... We need to get some threads started about something other than the typical ones here lately...

Hey Budnicks - ocdart here from FABO and FBBO - plenty of Mopar fans here in SoCal.  You need to come out here for either the "Spring Fling" or "Fall Fling" events in Van Nuys put on by one on the Mopar clubs located here in SoCal.
My club, Inland Mopars, has our all-Mopar "Mopars In May" car show scheduled for May 19, 2013.  It will benefit the California School for the Deaf in Riverside, CA, and will be held on the school campus.
Or hit the "Moparty At The Strip" event in Las Vegas in April.  We always have some club cars and members at that show. Let me know if you plan on hitting one of those shows - look forward to meeting you.

I, too, am a fan of Mopar vehicles. If I could, I could buy one and turn it into a Pro Touring hot rod that could handle on the track. One idea I have would be to take an old 1989 Dodge Daytona Shelby Z and use a custom chassis to convert it to use the 6.4 Hemi currently being used in the SRT vehicles.

I have a bud that is die hard Mopar.  He races in the x 275 drag radial series with a dodge dart. 4.65@155 in the 1/8 on 275 60 drag radials....of course it does have a sbf with a 88mm turbo.  Look up Chad Branson x275 on google it has a vinyl wrap tribute to his dads wwII warbird.  We call it the Fart, or Dart with a Ford motor.

Saint Charles MO. built a 64 polara 440 for my son now 23. 360 magnum, a518, original wiring harnes and computer. his daily driver.

i have a pair of 73 challengers. first one is down to the bare chassis. currently fixing rust. so far ive fixed the trunk floor, inner fenders, both halves of the firewall, left a piller, and the rockers. still have the quarters and outer wheel houses to go. also collecting parts for my 400. building a 470 stroker.

second challenger is more rusty and complete. saving for parts car.
