It looks like those heads will bolt on a 350 up to 1997 but there are some draw backs to them. Factory '67 283 heads had 1.725 intake valves and 1.505 exhaust valves. These are pretty small for a 350. Will they work? Yes. Will they breath? No. Also of major consideration is the lack of accessory bolt holes in the end of the heads. In 1967 GM mounted their alternators on the drivers side on most models. Your '81 Monte Carlo's alternator should be on the passenger side, with mounting brackets bolting to the head. All brackets and pulleys are based on a long (tall) water pump. If you happen to have all the brackets and pulleys off of the '67, you will need to also switch your water pump as the early mounting was based off of the short water pump. Any power steering or A/C brackets would have to be changed as well to the early style.
I would sell the '67 heads to someone building an original style 283 or 327 and buy either a rebuilt set of cast iron heads for your engine or a pair of aftermarket aluminum heads, depending on your budget.
