Hi Guys,

Im an Aussie Camaro builder as you may have guessed from my username, and in January 2009 I made a hefty deposit on an engine build from a well renowned 90's Nascar Builder mentioned in other areas of this forum. The problem is I have no motor, no photos, no communication and can't get the Business to respond to myself, The Better Business Bureau of Charlotte/Southern Piedmont or the US Federal Trade Commision.

Where do us honest folk, whove been ripped by these thieves go from here?

Can anybody help us?
