I purchased this issue because of the article about the Big Block (784 HP from 496 Cubes). Very surprised and unhappy to find out their was no such article in the magazine! What the heck? How does an editoral staff release a magazine that doesnt contain within the cover story article?
How do I get a refund?

It was a 4150/4500 Holley carb comparision. I was really unhappy they didn't include the specs on the 496 test mule. Compression,cam,heads,valvetrain,ect,ect,ect???????
