Subscribing hard to do on line

Hi, I have been a subscriber since 1978, when it ran out in March, I have tryed twice to renew online[Last time yesterday] and can`t seem to be accepted.
The problem seems to be because I am overseas? The whole system is confusing and not clear for a foreign subscriber, help, going into PHR withdraw.
