hey guys,
any body have pics of project O?  anything from the buildup..i have lost several issues over the yrs...
any help would be appreciated...

85 or so...it was a white olds cutlass (82?)...set up for SuperStock racing....NICE project...

Was digging through some of dad's old car magazines and found the January '85 issue of PHR that introduced Project O. Most of the article is about how awesome Project X was, but it does mention that the Cutlass was an '84 and that it would be built on the East Coast. Nearly a dozen pictures though, so I'll go ahead and try scanning it tomorrow after I look for the rest of dad's subscription.

We are now the proud owners of Project O. We purchased the car from the estate of Rick Johnson ( see issue Feb 07). Rick lost his battle with cancer recently and we plan on running the car as a superstocker as the car was built for.

I would like to khow what area of the country You guys are from and where do you plan to run car.I was part of the orginal builders of the car.Paul harris olds,pontiac,gmc trucks in millville new jersey.We ran the car in national meets during the year and at the WCS. meet at maple grove raceway in pennslvania we set national record .that winter PHR picked up the car and that was the last we saw of it.We worked with Cam Bently of PHR and Arlen Vanke of oldsmobile on project.I WOULD like to know if you can give me any history of car after it left us.I also have most of the issues of the project.Thanks for your time....email address gallotruck@yahoo.com
