Has anyone seen a rod painted with a tiki / Polynesian based paint scheme? If so please post some pics!

I know of some cars with tiki theme, but as far as full on tiki paint jobs I am not familiar.

i am thinking a few hours searching google images would give you some ideas...
i am not an artist.. but i would think somehow putting in the front of several motors instead of faces in the (totem pole)
wheels, torque converters, rear end covers, carbs,
one more thing... before you do the final paint... have the design printed in car wrap... and have it applied... just to see how you like it... talk to your painter...
he might be able to use the car wrap to mask the designs for paint... just an idea...

what about the kustom car world and 30's rods the polynesian thing was pretty popular in the 60's

wow, havent heard of this for awhile. Dont have any pics, but google has alot of pics. I am sure you could find some there. If you do, come and post them for us, it would be pretty cool.
