I like the idea of the Gear Vendors AOD kit installed in the Chevelle. A 3800 RPM torque converter in being used. What happens when the overdrive is engaged? I mean with such a loose converter, doesn't that create a lot of slippage and thus creating a lot of heat in the trans?
  I want to run an AOD but am worried about excessive heat and slippage.
