i own a 90 lincoln lsc with a 5.0 in it. upgrades include:underdrive pulleys,4" cold air intake,70mm throttle body,9mm wires,and accel ignition. i'm planning on installing a t-5 trans and a healthier exhaust.it has factory stainless headers but the tubes are small. can i use mustang shorty headers?/will mustang t-5 swap? do i need a new crossmember? will it affect the computer?  

I found a guide for the swap of the T5 for an 89 Lincoln Mark VII, Not sure if it is the exact same thing.
