well if you haven't been watching the news, you might not know that almost half of california is up in flames. One of the fires is only a couple miles from my office in Irvine, it's not fun.  

Our prayers are with your all.  Been watching it on the news here - that's terrible.  I hope the weather gives the fire fighters and others a break sometime soon.  It's hard to hear about all the people that have lost their homes.  2 years ago in December we were having a big fire problem here in west Texas.  Several people we know were affected by the fires in Cross Plains and Gorman.  

Yeah, one of my brothers good friends is a firefighter for the for the forest department, we're not even sure which fire he's at because their are so many going right now.
