I am the owner of a 1975 Vega GT wagon. This machine is in really good shape and I want to put a hot little 283ci and a 700r4 tranny. I'm having troubles finding a supplier of front and rear frames. This weapon already had a 350 and a four speed but that resulted in the rearend catapulting its way out the drivers side, causing some "shopping cart" damage to the rear quarter panel. My plans are to minitub it, put a cage in it and drive the snot out of it.
My question is, where do I find a "prostreet" kit for this little red wagon. That includes 'cage, frame, new mounts for the tranny and the engine, and headers. Any help would be appreciated. And if any one is asking, no it is not for sale. Yet.

Am also looking for information on front and rear subframes and chassis kits for my 1972 Vega hatchback. Jegs has some stuff and I am wating to hear back from them.

What is the best way to incorporate a full framed or at least start framing and tubbing out my Vega with out spending $30k at Chassis Engineering?

I wonder if any one makes a direct kit for that car or if you are going to have to shoehorn something else underneath?
