i have looked and looked for a fuel pump for my z car and i havent been able to find the right one mine has the inlet and outlet plus the plugs on the top every one that i have located the outlet is at the bottom can anyone help thanks raglien  

hey welcome aboard. is your 280Z FI or carb'd?
Either way IMO I'd just upgrade the fuel pump to something other than stock, especially if you are running a mod'd L28 or otherwise. I myself am running a Holly Red in my '76 280Z, with a F54 block and big cam, dual SU carbs etc.  I run a fuel pressure regulator and have no issues with it at all. It just makes me a little more confident than a 30+ yr old pump
