Has anyone completed this build and if so how much was the total cost and was it worth the outcome?

What kind of bolt on makes 150hp on a small bore engine like the 305...besides a 175hp sneeze of nitrous?
There must be a H/C/I setup that raises compression, and moves the powerband up...its debatable if that's worth it. For some, it is.
